DKK DERM™ kit is designed to obtain an autologous blood-derived product enriched with the DKK-1 protein (DKK-PRP). The DKK DERM™ separation device features an innovative borosilicate platelet activator that selectively induces platelet activation, leading to the release of high concentrations of DKK-1 – a natural inhibitor of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway, which plays crucial role in regulating skin pigmentation. Intradermal injections using DKK-PRP represent an innovative and breakthrough approach to hyperpigmentation reduction, targeting the mechanisms responsible for their formation.

DKK DERM™ kit includes a separation device for blood centrifugation, as well as the accessories needed to perform the procedure.

This procedure pack is designed for the isolation and separation of activated platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from the patient’s blood. The presence of an activator allows for obtaining plasma with expanded therapeutic properties.
